Can I change the pricing package I'm using?

As a customer of Paytrail, you can choose most suitable pricing packages for your business (S and M package). You can change the pricing package once during a 12 month period by contacting our customer service team. Once we confirm the requested change, the package will be changed at the beginning of the following month.
