Adding actual beneficiaries to the Merchant panel

Our payment service activities are regulated by Act on Detecting and Preventing Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. By law, we need to know who actually benefits from payments made through our service. We cannot transfer payments to a company whose actual beneficiaries are unknown to us. The actual beneficiary is always a natural person.

In this article you will find instructions for filling in this information in the Merchant panel.

Instructions for adding beneficial owners

  1. Log in to the Merchant panel and select Merchant account from the menu on the left.
  2. Scroll down to Owners and Beneficiaries and click Edit.
  3. Choose whether you want to add information for company or person or select an existing person.

  4. Add the details of all the beneficial owners of your company. If necessary, you can find additional instructions on who the actual beneficiaries are in our Help Center.
    • Fill in the requested information about the person.

    • Remember to mark the role of the person (actual beneficiary, board member and whether they have authorization to sign on behalf of the company) and add information whether the actual beneficiary is a politically exposed person.

    • Click Save.

    • If the actual beneficiaries of your company include a company/companies, add the requested information about them as well and save the information.
