Activating your merchant account

If you have deactivated your merchant account temporarily during the off season, you can easily activate your account from the Merchant panel by following the instructions below.

Please note that in order to activate the merchant account, the user must have the Manage information role.

  1. Log in to the Merchant panel and select Merchant account. 
  2. Under Merchant account, click Activate.

  3. Confirm the activation by clicking Activate.

  4. The status of the merchant account changes to Active and the payment service is immediately available.
