If your merchant account has been paused, for example, during the off-season, you can easily reactivate it in the Merchant panel. Just follow the steps below.
To activate a merchant account, the user must have the Manage information role.
How to resume your account
- Log in to the Merchant panel and select Merchant account
- Under Merchant account, click Resume
- A confirmation window will open. Click Resume again to confirm
- Once confirmed, the status of the merchant account changes to Enabled and the payment service becomes immediately available
