Activating your merchant account

If your merchant account has been paused, for example, during the off-season, you can easily reactivate it in the Merchant panel. Just follow the steps below.

To activate a merchant account, the user must have the Manage information role.

How to resume your account

  1. Log in to the Merchant panel and select Merchant account
  2. Under Merchant account, click Resume

  3. A confirmation window will open. Click Resume again to confirm
  4. Once confirmed, the status of the merchant account changes to Enabled and the payment service becomes immediately available
