We’ve improved the balance calculation in the Merchant Panel to give our merchants the most accurate, real-time view of unsettled funds.
How has the balance calculation in the Merchant Panel changed?
The updated balance now automatically deducts transaction fees and any refunds, so the amount shown always reflects the current amount to be settled.
Does this change affect reporting or refund processing?
No, the update to balance calculation does not impact reporting or how refunds are handled. When issuing a refund, the merchant account must still have sufficient funds to cover it.
When will the updated balance calculation be available?
The new balance calculation is already live for most of our customers. We’ll roll it out to the remaining customers as soon as possible.
