An error message appeared after scanning the QR code during the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup, what do I do?

Sometimes reading a QR code directly with a device might not work. In this situation, you can try zooming in on the QR code so that the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) app can read the code correctly.

Note: Please make sure you are scan the QR code from the authenticator (2FA) app and not using your phone's camera.
