How do I reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

A user with the "Manage users" role can reset other users' Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the Merchant panel as follows:

  1. In the Merchant Panel, select "Users" from the menu on the left.
  2. Find the desired user and click the "Edit" button.
  3. Scroll down to "Two-factor authentication" and click "Reset 2FA."

The person with the "Manage users" role is not available, what do we do?
