I've lost/broken my mobile device and cannot access the authenticator (2FA) app, what should I do?

To access to the Merchant panel

  1. You will need to reset the Two-Factor Authentication in the Merchant panel, see instructions.
  2. Then on your new mobile device, download the authenticator app and follow the 2FA instructions.

Although we recommend that you set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using a mobile device, it is possible to set it up on a computer using Windows. See instructions
