Logging into the Merchant panel requires two-factor authentication (2FA), which significantly improves the security of our customers' data. Two-factor authentication helps prevent account misuse in cases where a username and password have been compromised.
To log in to the Merchant panel, you'll need an authentication app. Use an authentication app that you prefer. We recommend Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator, as they are widely used by our customers. Using an authentication app for two-factor authentication provides a high level of security.
Only an authentication app can be used for two-factor authentication with the Merchant panel. Bank credentials or SMS verification are not supported.

Steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication

Several free authentication apps are available. We recommend Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator, recognizable by the logos below. You can download your preferred app from your device’s app store.
2. Log in to the Merchant panel using an authentication app
- Log in to the Merchant panel with your credentials.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the login page using your chosen authentication app.

Enter the six-digit, one-time code displayed in the app into the field on the login page.
Tip: Always enter the active code. The code usually changes every 30 seconds in the app. If the code changes before you enter it, the previous code will no longer be valid. - Click Confirm to get in to the Merchant panel.
Instructions for using Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator
There are various authentication apps available, but Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator are the most widely used by our customers. No log in is required to use these apps, so you can use them without a Microsoft or Google account.
Microsoft Authenticator
- Open Microsoft Authenticator. If you want to use the app without logging in, click “Scan a QR Code”.
- Click “Add account”.
- Select “Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)”.
- Align the QR code displayed on the Merchant Panel login page with the square in the app.

QR code not showing on login page
If two-factor authentication is already set up, the QR code won’t appear on the login page. To restore it, reset your two-factor authentication.
