Once two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you can log in to the Merchant panel:
- Go to the Merchant panel
- Enter your username and password, then click Sign in.
- Enter the six-digit code displayed in your authentication app into the Verification Code field.
Tip: Always enter the active code. The code usually changes every 30 seconds in the app. If the code changes before you enter it, the previous code will no longer be valid. - Click Confirm, and you will be directed to the Merchant panel

Username unknown
Your username is the email address you used when signing up to the service or the one assigned to you by another user. You should have received an email notification about the account creation.
Email address has changed
