Changing your settlement account number depends on whether your account is with a Finnish bank or a traditional bank in another EU country.
You can change your account number via the Merchant panel. You will need your account number and BIC.
To update your account number:
- Log in to the Merchant panel
- From left-hand menu, go to Settings
- In the Settlement account number section, click the Authenticate
-
You will need to first authenticate yourself using your online banking credentials
-
You’ll return to the Merchant panel, where you can enter the new account number and BIC
- Click Save to confirm the change
If your settlement account is with a traditional bank in another EU country, the change must be requested in writing by your company’s authorized contact person. Settlements can not be paid out to accounts held at electronic money institutions (EMIs).
Please send the request to our customer service team.
Include the following in your request:
- Company name
- Business ID
- Merchant ID
- A clear request to change the account number — include both the old and new account numbers and the BIC codes
- A document (in English) from the bank confirming your company is the account holder (e.g. account statement or official document)
Our customer service team will contact you once the change has been completed.
