How to start using Paytrail again after cancellation

If you’ve previously ended your Paytrail service but would now like to start using it again, here’s how to proceed depending on your situation:

If your service is still active

If the cancellation date hasn’t passed yet, you can still cancel the termination.

Please contact our customer service team and let them know you’d like to continue using the service. We’ll confirm the cancellation and keep your agreement active.

If your service has already ended

You can sign up for the service again by submitting a new request:
