If you want a refund for a purchase, please contact the online store where the order was made. The online store will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund.
The refund will be made to the card used for the original payment. The refund can take around 3-15 business days depending on where your card was issued. If you've made already made a payment to your card issuer, they will usually credit that amount on the next billing cycle. If needed, you can contact your card issuer if you are not sure how the refund will be handled.
You will receive an email confirmation from Paytrail once the refund has been processed to your card issuer.
