Have you forgotten your password to the Merchant panel? Use these instructions to rest it.
- Go to the log in page of the Merchant panel and click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter your email address. If a username is found for the email address, you will receive an email with a verification code that will allow you to create a new password.
- Check your email for a message with the subject line "Vahvistuskoodi Paytrail-palveluun". The information is provided in Finnish, Swedish and then English.
- Type or copy/paste the verification code from the message to the log in page, enter a new password and then click "Send".

- Log in with your email address and new password.
- If you have not setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) use these instructions. OR If you have already setup Two-Factor Authentication, open the authenticator app on your device to get the 2FA code and enter it and click "Confirm".
Note: If the 2FA code page is open for more than 15 minutes, it will say ‘Invalid session.’ Refreshing the login page will resolve this.
