What is OP Lasku (Invoice)?

OP Lasku (Invoice) is a flexible, reliable, and secure payment method. 

  • Available for financing online purchases up to 5,000 euros
  • Can be used by all consumers (bank-independent)
  • Offers a 45-day interest-free payment period, with the option to pay in installments
  • Consumers pay reasonable fees without any hidden costs
  • Merchants receive the money of the purchase with the normal settlement delay
  • OP automatically manages invoicing and installment payments
Activate OP Lasku (Invoice) in the Merchant panel
  1. Log in to the Merchant panel
  2. From left-hand menu, select Payment methods
  3. Find OP Lasku (Invoice) and click Activate

Refund a purchase paid with OP Lasku (Invoice)

Refunds are made through the Merchant panel and go directly to the financial institution, credited to the original invoice.

  1. Log in to the Merchant panel
  2. From left-hand menu, select Payments
  3. Search for the payment (by name, date, or amount). Read our article on how to search for payments
  4. Open the payment and scroll down to Order details and refunds
  5. Enter the refund amount and any internal notes, then click Refund

How the customer uses OP Lasku (Invoice)

When a consumer chooses OP Lasku (Invoice) at checkout, the credit decision is made immediately. The consumer can then decide whether to pay the full amount or in installments.

What to know about using OP Lasku (Invoice)
  • To use the payment method, consumers must be at least 20 years old, reside in Finland, have the ability to pay and have Finnish online banking credentials
  • Credit decisions are based on OP’s overall credit assessment, which includes checking the customer’s credit information as well as requesting details about income and debts.
  • OP Lasku (Invoice) offers a 45-day interest-free payment period and the option to pay in installments. A 2,95€ account management fee is added to the invoice. If the consumer chooses to pay in installments, the annual interest rate is 18.50%. If the consumer pays only the minimum amount of the invoice, the payment automatically switches to an installment plan.
  • Consumers can pay the full amount or choose monthly installments
  • Invoices are sent via email and SMS. An online service is also available for managing invoices

  • Account management fee: 2,95€ per invoice (only once per billing period)
  • No fee is charged if the invoice is not used
  • Interest rate for installment payments: 18,50% annually
