I paid but haven't received my order, what now?

First, check the delivery time the online store promises for the product/service you ordered. Also, check whether you have received a tracking number or other additional information about the delivery from the online store. If you can't find this information, please contact the online store first to ask about the status of your order.

We will check with the online store as soon as possible.
