Payments made in the old Paytrail’s payment service can be refunded via the old Merchant panel or via the API until 17.01.2023.
If you need to refund a payment after 17.01.2023 in the old Paytrail, here’s what you need to know:
- For online bank payments, you should refund the payment by making a direct bank transfer to your customer. Please ask your customer for the account number.
- For payments made using credit cards, MobilePay, Walley (Collector) or Jousto, request a refund from Paytrail’s customer service. You can find more instructions in the news- section in the Merchant panel.
