Why haven’t I received an invoice for my purchase / where can I get the invoice details if they have been lost?

Paytrail’s payment service includes several different Buy now, Pay later options. This article explains how and when the invoice is sent to you by each Buy now, Pay later service provider and how to get a copy of the invoice if needed.

Walley

  • Walley always sends the invoice by email on the next banking day after the order.
  • You can also check your invoice details at my.walley.fi, where you can also obtain a copy of the invoice if needed. 

OP Lasku

  • OP Lasku sends the invoice to the email address you provided 14 days before its due date.
  • Each invoice has a 45-day interest-free payment period, and you will receive the invoice at the email address you provided 14 days before the due date. If it has been less than 31 days since your purchase, your invoice is likely still on its way. You will also receive a reminder of the invoice via text message three days before the due date.
  • You can also check your invoice through OP Lasku’s online service.
