Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Logging in to the Merchant panel requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using a separate authenticator app. 2FA securely ensures that only authorized users can access the Merchant panel.

How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  1. Download and setup an authenticator app to your mobile device.
  2. Go to to the Merchant panel and after you enter your username and password, a new screen with a QR code will display.

    • If you have not allowed camera access, the application will request permissions to use the camera for scanning.
    • If the QR code doesn't work, you can manually enter the long code in red displayed on the Merchant Panel page in to the authenticator app.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now enabled. Each future log in to the Merchant panel will require a code from the 2FA app before the system will log you in.
