Payment methods supported in the Omnichannel service

The Omnichannel service supports a wide range of payment methods for both online and in-store purchases. Customers can pay using online banks, cards, mobile wallets, or buy now pay later options, giving them flexibility and convenience at checkout. By offering multiple payment types, you ensure a smooth payment flow and meet the needs of different customer preferences across sales channels.

Online payment service

When you use the Omnichannel online payment service, your customers can pay with the following methods:

Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Buy now, Pay later OP Lasku (Invoice), Walley, OP Tililuotto (Overdraft Facility), Walley B2B invoice

Some payment methods may include industry-specific restrictions, method-specific rules, and special terms. Make sure to review the payment method rules and terms before activating or offering the payment method to your customers.

Nets SmartPOS payment terminal

When using the payment terminal included in your Omnichannel service, your customers can pay with:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Currently American Express is not available for Nets SmartPOS.
