Merchant fees for online banking payments follow Paytrail pricing. Customers are not charged any fees for using online banking.

How it works
When a customer selects online banking at checkout, they are redirected to their bank’s secure online service to complete the payment.
The bank handles authentication using the customer’s chosen strong authentication method. After the payment is confirmed, the customer is returned to your store and you receive a real-time payment confirmation.
Step-by-step: Activate online banking in the Merchant panel
- Sign in to the Merchant panel.
- From the left-hand menu, select Payment methods.
- Find Online banks and click Activate.
