Payments on your terminal can be canceled within one hour of the original transaction, but only with the same card used for the purchase. Step-by-step: Cancel a payment
- Go to the home screen
- Tap the Home icon in the top right corner if you are not already on the home screen.
- Open the Transactions app
- The app shows a list of transactions from the past 30 days.
- Find the transaction to cancel
- Search using the last four digits of the card and/or the timestamp on the card payment receipt.
- Use the Search function in the top right corner if needed.
- Open the transaction details
- Tap the transaction in the list to open its details.
- Cancel the payment
- Tap the Cancel button in the bottom right corner.
- Confirm the cancellation by tapping Yes.
- Verify the cancellation
- The canceled payment appears in the list in gray, marked with an X symbol and strikethrough text.
