Refunds on your payment terminal can be processed for transactions older than one hour and up to 30 days from the original purchase. If the payment is less than an hour old, it must be canceled instead of refunded. The refund also requires the same card that was used to complete the original payment.

- You can refund transactions that are more than one hour old, up to 30 days from the original payment.

- A partial refund can only be made once.

Step-by-step: Refund a payment
- Go to the home screen
- Tap the Home icon in the top right corner if you are not already on the home screen.
- Open the Transactions app
- The app shows a list of transactions from the past 30 days.
- Find the transaction to refund
- Search using the last four digits of the card or the timestamp from the card payment receipt.
- Use the search function in the top right corner.
- Start the refund
- Tap the transaction you want to refund.
- Tap the Refund button in the bottom right corner.
- Choose the refund amount
- By default, the full refund amount is suggested.
- To make a partial refund, change the amount and tap Refund again.
- Confirm the refund
- The refund transaction appears in the list in red with an arrow symbol.
