Rebooting your payment terminal can quickly fix issues such as freezing, slow performance, or a system crash. The device supports both a standard restart and a forced reboot if it becomes unresponsive. In some cases, removing and reconnecting the battery may also be required. Knowing these options ensures you can restore normal operation and keep transactions running smoothly.
Reboot the terminal
- Press and hold the power button until a pop-up window appears on the screen.
- On the pop-up, select Power off or Reboot by tapping the screen.
If the terminal crashes
- Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force-reboot the terminal.
- If needed, remove and reconnect the battery, then turn the terminal back on.
