Paytrail Omnichannel combines online payments and Nets SmartPOS Android payment terminals under one Paytrail agreement. You can use Omnichannel to manage online and in-person payments, centralized settlements, and payment terminals from the same service.
You can also add VektoriKassa to supported payment terminals to use POS features such as product management, receipts, reporting, and in-person sales directly on the payment terminal.
Paytrail Omnichannel includes a fixed two-year agreement term.
Step-by-step: Sign up for Paytrail Omnichannel in the Merchant Panel
Follow the instructions below based on whether you are already a Paytrail customer, signing up for Omnichannel for the first time, or transferring from an existing Nets payment terminal agreement.
Follow these instructions if you already use Paytrail for online payments and now want to add payment terminals through Paytrail Omnichannel.
- Sign in to the Merchant Panel.
- From left-hand menu, select Payment terminals and then Order payment terminals.
- Enter the requested details to sign up, then sign the Omnichannel agreement.
- If you also want to use VektoriKassa, contact our customer service team to activate it for your agreement. You can also review VektoriKassa pricing and features before activation.
Adding more terminals later
You can order additional terminals in the Merchant Panel. Select Payment terminals and then Order payment terminals. Ordering additional terminals does not restart your agreement term. Invoicing for new terminals begins the month after delivery.
Changing your pricing plan
If you change your pricing plan during the agreement period, your two-year fixed-term agreement will restart.
Follow these instructions if you are new to Paytrail and want to start using online payments and payment terminals with Paytrail Omnichannel.
- Fill out the Omnichannel sign up form on our website. Once completed, you'll receive Merchant Panel credentials and login instructions by email.

- For security, we use two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. Learn how to set up two-factor authentication.
- Complete your details. Learn what company and owner details are required.
- In the terminals section, add the payment terminals you want to order.
- Select the VektoriKassa POS plan you want to use. If you do not want to use VektoriKassa, select Not in use.
- Under Delivery details, add the payment terminals you need and indicate which terminals should use VektoriKassa.
- Sign the agreement.
Once the information has been completed and the agreement signed, we will review everything and be in touch. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Follow these instructions if you currently use Nets payment terminals and want to move to Paytrail Omnichannel to use online payments and payment terminals through Paytrail.
If you already have an agreement with Paytrail, see the section above for Current Paytrail customers. We’ll guide you through canceling your Nets agreement.
