Step by step: Pause your account
- Sign in to the Merchant panel
- In the left-hand menu, select Merchant account
- Click Pause account
What a pause means
- The pause starts at the beginning of the next calendar month.
- No monthly fees will be charged and new payments cannot be received during the pause.
- You can keep your account paused for up to 12 months.
Reactivating the service
- You can reactivate your account at any time within 12 months of the pause start date.
- If the pause exceeds 12 months, your account will be closed automatically.
