Which payment methods are included in my agreement?

Your agreement includes all payment methods available in the Paytrail payment service. These payment methods are covered by your monthly plan fee, and you can choose which ones to activate for your business. Offering multiple payment options helps improve conversion and ensures customers can pay using their preferred method.

Some payment methods may have industry-specific restrictions or additional payment method–specific terms.

Which payment methods can foreign customers use?

Foreign customers can pay with cards, PayPal, and Klarna. The payment page is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Supported card options include Visa, Mastercard (including AirPlus, formerly Eurocard), American Express, and Click to Pay. Paytrail does not restrict payments by country, but the card issuer may apply its own limitations.

How can I add or remove payment methods?

To manage your active payment methods, sign in to the Merchant panel. From the left-hand menu, select Payment methods.
