Reprinting a card payment receipt on your Nets SmartPOS terminal is quick and ensures you can provide a copy whenever needed. The feature is useful if the original receipt failed to print, was lost, or if a customer requests another copy. By selecting the correct transaction and opening its details, you can print a new receipt directly from the terminal.
Step-by-step: Reprint a receipt
- Press the home icon in the top-right corner of the screen (if you are not already on the home screen).
- Open the Transactions app to view all transactions from the past 30 days.
- Find the transaction you want. Use the search function in the top-right corner for faster results.
- Tap the transaction to open the details page.
- Select Receipt, then choose Print receipt.
