How to print a copy of a Nets SmartPOS terminal receipt

Reprinting a card payment receipt on your Nets SmartPOS terminal is quick and ensures you can provide a copy whenever needed. The feature is useful if the original receipt failed to print, was lost, or if a customer requests another copy. By selecting the correct transaction and opening its details, you can print a new receipt directly from the terminal.

Step-by-step: Reprint a receipt

  1. Press the home icon in the top-right corner of the screen (if you are not already on the home screen).
  2. Open the Transactions app to view all transactions from the past 30 days.
  3. Find the transaction you want. Use the search function in the top-right corner for faster results.
  4. Tap the transaction to open the details page.
  5. Select Receipt, then choose Print receipt.
