Are offline transactions supported?

No. Offline transactions are not yet supported on Nets SmartPOS terminals.

What happens if the network is unavailable?

The terminal requires an active internet connection. If the connection is lost, transactions cannot be processed until the connection is restored.

Will offline transactions be supported in the future?

This feature is not currently available. We will inform merchants if and when offline transactions become supported.
