What is the Partner Portal?

Through the Partner Portal, you can conveniently sign your customer's up for Paytrail's payment service. The customer will also be automatically assigned to your company's resales, and you receive the rewards in accordance with your partner agreement.

After adding a customer through the Partner Portal, it proceeds according to our normal onboarding process. Please remind your customer that activating the payment service requires completing additional information and signing the contract electronically in the Merchant panel. Please ask the customer to pay special attention to carefully filling in the owner and beneficiary information.

In the Partner Portal, you can also easily check the status of the account you added to Paytrail to see if it is active. You can also find settlement reports for monthly commissions.
