How to verify a refund email

  • Check that you recognize the original payment or order.
  • Confirm that you are expecting a refund from the business named in the email.
  • When opening the refund link, check that the page address starts with pay.paytrail.com or pay.checkout.fi.
  • If you are unsure why you received the email, contact the business directly before providing any information.
