How to cancel an order paid via Paytrail

Learn how to cancel an order you paid via Paytrail. You must always contact the online store directly to request cancellation and follow their return instructions. Once the online store has received your returned item, they will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Steps to cancel your order

1. Contact the online store where you made the purchase for cancellation and return instructions.
2. Return the item according to the store’s instructions.
3. Once the online store has received your returned item, they will initiate the refund to your original payment method:
   • Online bank payments are refunded to the same bank account you used.
   • Card payments (debit, credit, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Click to Pay) are refunded to the card you used.
   • Buy now, Pay later (BNPL) payments (Walley and OP Lasku) are credited to your invoice. If you already paid the invoice, check with your BNPL provider for details on the refund.
