Follow these steps to reset your password for the Merchant panel:
1. Go to the Merchant panel login page and click the Forgot your password? link.
2. Enter your email address. If a user account exists for that email address, you will receive an email with the subject Vahvistuskoodi Paytrail-palveluun, which includes a verification code to set a new password.
3. Enter or copy the verification code from the email into the login page.
4. Create a new password.
Note: The password must be at least 12 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter (use only the letters A-Z), 1 number, and 1 special character.
5. Finally, click Submit. You can now log in using your new password.

I haven't received the verification code by email
If the verification code hasn’t arrived within about 15 minutes, try clicking the link Resend code. Also, check your spam/junk folder to ensure the message hasn’t been filtered there.
I get an "Invalid Session" message on the login page
If the login page remains open for more than 15 minutes, you will receive an "Invalid session" error. To fix this, simply refresh the login page and try again.
