Most online businesses send an order confirmation by email, which often also serves as your receipt.
If you need a receipt that shows the tax breakdown and it is not included in the order confirmation, contact the business where you made the purchase. They can provide an official receipt or invoice that includes the details.
If you cannot find the order confirmation, contact the business and ask them to resend it.
If you do not know which business you purchased from or do not have their contact information, our customer service team will check the payment in our system and share the details with you.
Information to provide when contacting Paytrail
When you get in touch with us, please have the following payment information ready:
- Online bank payments: a screenshot of the payment from your bank statement showing the payer’s name, date, amount, and reference number. If a screenshot is not possible, provide the same details in text.
- Card payments: the last 4 digits of your card, the payment date, and the payment amount.
