Learn when and how invoices are delivered for purchases made with Buy now, Pay later and what to do if your invoice has not arrived or has been misplaced. Paytrail’s payment service offers two invoice providers, Walley and OP Lasku. You will also see where to retrieve a copy of your invoice if needed, depending on the provider.
Walley
- Invoices are sent by email on the next banking day after your order.
- You can check your invoice details and download a copy at https://www.walley.fi/.
OP Lasku
- Invoices are sent to your email 14 days before the due date.
- Each invoice has a 45-day interest-free period. If it has been less than 31 days since your purchase, your invoice may still be on its way. You will also receive a text reminder three days before the due date.
- You can check and download invoices through OP Lasku’s online service.
