Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection when accessing the Merchant panel. After 2FA is active, each sign-in requires a verification code generated by your authentication app. If you experience login issues such as device changes, forgotten passwords, or username problems, you can review the most common solutions below.
Step-by-step: Sign in with 2FA
- Sign in to the Merchant panel with your username and password.
-
Next, you'll be prompted to Enter the six-digit code. Open your authentication app and enter the six-digit code in the Code from authenticator app field.

Tip: The code in the authenticator app changes every 30 seconds. Always enter the active code, as expired ones are invalid.
To reduce verification prompts, you can mark your device as trusted. Select Remember this device for 30 days before confirming.
- Click Confirm to access the Merchant panel.
