Update your settlement account number securely in the Merchant panel as part of managing your merchant account details. When the authorized signatory has Finnish online banking credentials, the change can be completed directly using strong authentication. If strong authentication is not available, the change must be requested in writing by your company’s authorized contact person, and our team will complete the update.
How to update your settlement account number
In most cases, you can update your settlement account number directly in the Merchant panel using strong authentication. This is possible when the authorized signatory has Finnish online banking credentials, regardless of where the bank account is held. If strong authentication is not available, the change needs to be requested in writing.
You can update your account number in the Merchant panel. Make sure you have your account number and BIC available.
To update your account number:
- Sign in to the Merchant panel
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- In the Settlement account number section, select Authenticate.
- Authenticate using your Finnish online banking credentials.
- After authentication, return to the Merchant panel and enter the new account number and BIC.
- Select Save to confirm the change.
If Finnish online banking credentials are not available for strong authentication, the change must be requested in writing by your company’s authorized contact person, and we will update the settlement account number for you. Settlements cannot be paid to accounts held at electronic money institutions (EMIs).

Include the following information in your request:
- Company name
- Business ID
- Merchant ID
- A clear request to change the account number, including old and new account numbers and BIC codes
- A document in English from the bank confirming that your company is the account holder (e.g. account statement or official document)
