Settlement cycle and how to make changes

Your settlement cycle defines how often payouts are sent to your company’s bank account based on your pricing plan. You may receive daily settlements (M plan) or weekly settlements (S plan), and each payout includes a settlement delay that reflects the time it takes for funds to move from Paytrail’s customer reserve account to your business account. Daily settlements typically include a three banking day delay.

Check your settlement cycle and payout delay

  1. Sign in to the Merchant panel
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Settings
  3. Scroll down to Settlement cycle and payment delay to review your current settlement cycle and payout delay
