When you start using Klarna through the Paytrail service, Klarna sends the admin user an email titled Your Klarna Partner Portal is ready. The activation link in the email can be used once and is valid for 7 days.
You will use the Klarna Partner Portal to manage disputes related to Klarna payments.
Reset your Klarna Partner Portal password
If your activation link has expired, you can access the Klarna Partner Portal by resetting your password.
- Go to the Klarna Partner Portal login page.
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address that received the Klarna invitation.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you cannot access the Klarna Partner Portal or did not receive the invitation email, contact our customer service team. When contacting support, please include your Merchant ID and business ID. You can find your Merchant ID in the Merchant panel under Merchant account.
