Retrieving settlement data using the interface requires technical implementation by your technical partner for your online store. Check with your technical partner if implementing the interface would be useful for you.
Check our technical documentation for retrieving settlement data.
Settlement reports from the Merchant panel
Settlement report are available from the Merchant panel in PDF, CSV or XLSX format. The settlement report is generated automatically once a settlement has been calculated. You can have settlement reports automatically sent to your email. You can have the report sent to multiple email addresses as well as choose the file format for the report.
See info and instructions on retrieving reports.
Automation using the interface
It is possible to automate accounting by retrieving settlement data using the interface.
- The settlement report numbers can be retrieved with a GET call: https://docs.paytrail.com/#/?id=settlements
- The desired settlement report material can then be retrieved using the settlement report number: https://docs.paytrail.com/#/?id=payment-report-request-by-settlement-id
- Alternatively, transactions can be requested using a desired date range: https://docs.paytrail.com/#/?id=payment-report-request
Retrieving accounting materials using the interface requires technical implementation on the side of the online store. Check with your technical partner whether implementing the interface would be useful for you. When the request is made via the interface, the report is delivered to the Callback URL given in the request.
As a Shop-in-Shop admin, you can use the interface to retrieve the settlement reports of your sub-merchants. It is also possible for each sub-merchant to request their own settlement reports, as long as the sub-merchant has a merchant secret.
See documentation on settlement reports.
Individual settlements
Depending on the agreement, we can set up individual settlements (additional fee) so that each payment is paid out with the desired online store reference number directly to the bank account. This allows for reconciliation using the bank data.
